An Introduction

So often self-work involves degrees of adjustment and vigilance that can actually make you feel less connected to yourself. Discovering how to balance acceptance and inquiry can instead lead one to feel more grounded in this process of looking inward.

The goal of our work together is to help you feel more integrated and to deepen your awareness so you can better attune to your wants and needs. We’ll bring attention to what is most alive in the present moment and connect with thoughts, feelings, memories, and desires that were previously untapped.

I especially enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are navigating discord in relationships, the intensity of self-criticism, and discomfort around traumatic experiences that might feel hard to access and address, including, but not limited to, people who identify as womxn, Gen Z, millenials, Gen X, non-binary, and queer.

My role is to listen and help explore what is coming up for you, without judgment. Together, we will go towards complexities and threads of your story with care, containment, and intentionality. Guided by curiosity and sensitivity, I will bring our focus to the here-and-now to help us slow down and connect to associations that come about.

It is important to me that you feel seen and heard how you haven’t been or how you want to be; this includes our taking in and making room for all the parts of who you are and how you identify.

Let's begin,
